Silver Meadows Cooperative is being developed as a member‑owned senior living community in the Goderich region. Our goal is simple: to create a place where seniors can live independently, affordably, and with a strong sense of belonging — supported by a cooperative model that puts people first.

A cooperative is an organization owned and governed by its members.
Instead of outside investors or landlords, the people who live in the community have a direct voice in how it operates. Decisions are made democratically, and the focus remains on stability, affordability, and shared well‑being.
At Silver Meadows, this means every resident will have a say in how the community grows, how resources are managed, and how services are delivered.
How Silver Meadows Will Operate
Silver Meadows will be guided by a Board of Directors, elected by its members.
The board will oversee governance, finances, and development planning, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage.

As a Canadian Veteran and senior myself, I understand the importance of having a place that feels secure, welcoming, and built with care. Silver Meadows is that vision taking shape — a community designed to last for generations.
